is unofrtunate we are living a blind life here in Nigeria, when we have a  lot of problem to solve, then they are sacking woman for falling in love with her choice. may God forgive those that are involved in her sack.  To me i believe her boss have interest in her.

Love is blind! There is someone that has been mapping the woman but she rejected that's why they sacked her.

Proper investigation be done and if she and her husband not found guilty of any offence in the past or now, she has to be called back to work and be paid for the damages.

yes its true  marrying a driver is far too extreme,  and too low class for her to do , she no get shame Huh??

dat is definetly nt the reason why she was sacked
this is an art of terrorism. naija has just been blacklisted by US govt THAT WE ARE TERRORIST NATION. Yet u find people saying US has not done well. Situation like this is what contributed to such a harsh decision. i don't blame US rather i blame our govt who on daily basis unleash terror on its citizen as in the case of this woman. i want nigerian govt to start looking at the decision of america from this stand point. thank u

'However, Mrs. Tochukwu said that while she was aware of the NDLEA rule which forbids senior officers from getting married to their juniors, the fact remains that her husband is not a staff of the NDLEA.
“I did not get married to somebody in the same organization, my husband works with Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC) while I work with NDLEA. The fact that my termination letter reads unapproved single parentage is misconceived or rather borne out of malice with a view to wrongfully terminate my appointment,” Mrs. Tochukwu noted'
There is no need to prolong the case, she observed the rules of the game and she equally played it right may be after her terminated appointment be restored then NDELEA should sit down again and reverse the rule or there should be a cluase to bind the feature defaulters.

Who marries who is not the business of the Employer but is the right of both consensual adults. This was a wrong decision dismissing this person.  In a better world, the dismissed employee needs to get a lawyer and file a  civil suite demanding written apologies and monetary compensations for pain, suffering, public humiliations, marital inference and loss of wages.  However, if there was clear and written advisement that the company does not allow relatives working in the same company to avoid favoritism, then, the Employer is covered in its decision to dismiss one of them but not both of them. There might be a case of miss communications, jealousy or segxwal armaments if I must speculate.
