Good idea but sustainability is the problem in maintaining the data base.
For example, we have E-passport but when you want to renew the passport, you will still pass through the same process all again from the beginning and be giving another passport number.

I have registered for the Id since August last year and they are yet to issue me one. All they keep saying its not yet ready. so that means i have to find somewhere else to save my money hence i can not acess my account as from sepy. without the id
