Uche Jombo gave birth some months back and has been contemplating going to the gym. Something finally clicked, and Uche decided to hit the gym right away:

“I have been delaying going back to working out…You know the normal I will start tomorrow blab la and the lord sent Chioma Chukwuka Akpotha to me today to challenge me in a fit fight since my son ‘s new future girlfriend is involved in her challenge. So I decided to take my ass back to the gym. What kind of mother will I be if I let her get away with mouthing me off so? My workout begins today!”

Truth is that you have strong and thick bone so no matter what you do, the extra flesh will still be there. You can only keep fit but won't be able to burn the fats. But sha i all you do, there is something that is called baby friendly, do that for you son. Others can manage but he is the first and requires much bonding
