yes,u ppl can spend money anyhow buying private jets and co,but cant use just little of those money u lavish  in building  a gud  hospital and stady  power supply in the zoo.wasted leaders.

NO they will never do that because they belief western equipment are always the best, even if they did buy they will still not treat themselves maybe they white doctor's touch than that our doctors i can't understand. Everything they do is abroad.
