The hospital he build is actually a world class....compared to the facilities in the one he was admitted in London.......the problem might be either professional hands is not there or it could be he is afraid of people poisoning him due to maltreatment meted to indigene and massive fraud committed in his days....security could be another thing because he may be afraid of political opponent .....my guess
