Trash!  not eveb a secondary sch cert is a criteria for writing jamb. You can seat in the comfort of your home and take up GCE. Moment you pass it, you are qualified to write Jamb,. This Thief should get a life and pay people please. Did he attend primary school? Can he boost of such certificate?
