As far as its Nigeria police, they can even collect the bribe and still arrest him, then they will deny that they ever collected any money frm the guy... Na today??

We still have to commend the DPO for a job well done considering the high rate of corruption and bribe collection in the Nigerian police force.

The truth be said, this is how it is meant to be. Criminals will always try to bribe their way out, it is expected that the police should reject such offer and charge them for bribery.
