Every thing Pastor Chris said is correct but he didn't talk about the fact that God spoke about the man loving his wife as Christ love the church. This is an extremely difficult thing to do. To love as Christ love the church is more difficult than submitting to the husband.

Been a head of a family has a vast meaning. It does not include beating of your wife. Treating her like a slave or not respecting her contribution to the family..

Been a head is to fern for the family. Remained man was made to suffer,while women is made to feel the pain at birth.

Respect should be balanced in the house and wife should help her husband at times even when she know it his responsibility, husband do the same to your wife, and you will live hapily ever after..
