My thought is, for them to say that the BVN registration will continue even after the deadline means that the process has now been made continuous. The deadline actually means that if you haven't done your BVN by then, ur account will be made inactive pending when you do the BVN,after which it will be made active again.

i believe dat this BVN is a continuous process. cos those that will still open new account has to be registered. unless CBN will look for a way to punish only the existing customers who are not registered
