The best place to meet a responsible/rich man for marriage starts with you not church, hotels, restaurants, wedding receptions etc as stated. Men are no fools. It will only take a little time for a responsible or rich man to discover that a lady is not worth his cash and time hence he plays with her and take a walk. When a girl is properly trained and is responsible. She may even meet her spouse in her fathers house through connection. Its only a question of Mr Lagbaja has this very responsible girl that you can marry and the rest will be history. It happened to me....'wink'.
