atleast, make de studentz cum bak home if deir parent no fit continue to dey pay deir fees. since e b say dem go admit dem enta uni 4 naija. i no say e no easy oo. half bread is better dan not.

Every state government wants to cut cost at the detriment of the people. Well, I believe governor Wike is sincere on this.
