You must be a compound fool and “DiDinRin” no doubt….. Why are you miscreants howling on a worthless degree given the issues facing this country?
Pensioners are not being paid as far back as fifteen years or more. Current civil servants are owed months of salaries.
There is power shortage there is no adequate water supply across the country the roads are so bad.
What about those that are hungry, jobless and homeless and more importantly security issues.
Lives are not valuable and safe in Nigeria and here you are crying about a ceremonial degree.

You are not a normal human-being because you are not concerned about the welfare of Nigerians but a useless degree.
The certificate (paper) is more valuable than the doctorate.
