Rule Nigeria for 24 hours

Nigeria is in chaotic state (difficult time). All agreed that someone must take charge in peace to put things under control and that person is YOU. This is your opportunity but you have only 24 hours to RULE Nigeria after which someone else takes over. Your decrees, orders, decisions and actions must be such that would create a lasting effect to the country of Nigeria. People are eager for your leadership. Whatever you say goes. You are immune and exempt from any actions taken within your twenty-four hours of governing Nigeria. You must not have any tangibles, financial benefits or reserves after your rule. How would go about ruling Nigeria? GO - your 24 hour clock is ticking.
