there is no stable 4 hours of light in the entire states in this Nigeria and yet they increase tariff for people to pay more for being kept in darkness.

at any given day,  maximum the PHCN light will last is 2hours.30mins and the light is gone for the entire day wherein the area is lucky there will be an hour or 30 minutes of light later at night. what tariff increase should people then pay for for staying in darkness and buying fuel to power their generators?

Fashola is seeing this.  When he was appointed Minister of Power, Nigerians, especially Lagosians were happy.  We expected him to first ensure that at least, 90 per cent of Nigerians are given Pre-Paid Metres
