nah today? CBN just opened a leeway which allows Naija banks to extort their customers.
Sadly, CBN as regulators are too lazy to check the banks.

Yes its true am a victim.
Advise, if you can, avoid them.
I have even written a letter to the CBN about this 6 months ago, no reply till date.
