See why Nigeria's justice system is cursed. This is why most rape victims rather die in silence instead of going to court. Why should the accused be grated bail if there is clear evidence of abduction and rape? Watch out, this case may linger on till 50 years now they have started with adjournment. In other countries, such cases are fast-tracked because "JUSTICE DELAYED IS JUSTICE DENIED. But in the case of Nigeria, justice is not only delayed, it is never given and it becomes a problem to the person seeking for justice.  That's true because a client pays transport allowance to his lawyer at every hearing and since cases in Nigerian courts are unending, they will eventually get tired and give up.

If I be judge and them bring rape case come my side,my judgement be say nah to castrate them then leave them for jail without treatment.

the reason why rape is so common in Nigeria is that noboby goes to jail..if they start sentencing people to 10 to 15 yrs in jail regardless of family status ,people will behave themselves
