Here's a list of our best
vegetarian Italian recipes. Some say love conquers all, but
I say Italian food does. I'm
thrilled to dig into a bowl of spaghetti with meatballs any day of the week, but there's
something more to Italian
cuisine than just meat. And
that's saying something,
considering I wave off the
vegetarian section at first glance every. single. time.

When it comes to Italian cuisine though, I'm somehow partial to

sundried tomatoes... And do you
