Veteran Taushe Hausa musician, Sani Aliyu Dandawo, is dead.

He died Sunday evening at the age of 72.

Dandawo died at his home in Yauri, Yauri Local Government of Kebbi State after a protracted illness.

He is survived by his aged mother, two wives, 22 children and 25 grand children.

The late musician has since been buried according to Islamic right.

He was known for songs like Dan Iyan Kano, Shehu Shagari, Kuzo Muga Madaki, among others.
