In this tantalizing twerking video, Serena Williams shows off her twerking skills while teasing millions with her massive bum. In a step-by-step approach to twerking, Serena bares it all for her fans as she tried to teach them the art.
 
In an extended version of the video, Williams says twerking is all about your facial expression.

"It's not really about the action, it's really about the face," Williams advises.
Another key point, twerking "burns between five and eight calories per minute for a 150-pound individual,"
according to the Reporters
 
Whatever moves Williams incorporates into her workout, they seem to help when it comes to chasing down anyone dumb enough to steal her phone.
