According to a Nigerian soldier who spoke with journalists, military troops including those fighting boko haram insurgency in the north east, say they have not been paid their peace keeping and daily operational allowances for six months.
According to the army officer, some 200 soldiers of the 158 Task Force Battalion, fought in the AU peace keeping operation in Guinea Bissau in 2015, but are being owed six months allowances.
Quote
"We fought in Guinea Bissau between 2014 and 2015; they promised to pay our allowances immediately we arrived in Nigeria. "When we returned, they promised to pay us before the end of the training. Soon after the training, we were posted to fight in Yobe and Borno and nobody is talking about our allowances anymore,"

Misleading headline and you too believe. Peace keeping force who fought with AU in Guinea Bissau and not in Nigeria except Guinea Bissau sound like one place for Nigeria to you. Moreover this shit happened in 2014 so why drag APC into it instead of PDP?
