Where is it stated in the consittution that only a member of The senate has the standing to bring a case against thesenate?
Also, what about public interest? It does not make any sense to be told that a citizen of this country cannot institute a case against the Senate. Therefore there is no reason the state cannot act on behalf of the public and its interest to charge
these people to court. A crime has been committed. This type of crime isn't a personal one, it is a crime that affects all Nigerians. Our interest must be protected at all cost.
