There's no amount of allocation giving to these deltans will forever eliminate poverty or reduce it to minimum,and this is because in the delta there are so many claimant of royalty or the self acclaimed Generals who have hijacked every opportunity at the expense of the poor masses.The only solution is for government to stop paying to any these miscreants,if the government don't stop it there won't be ending to illegal demand.I don't understand the nation use of land act ,Bcus in every country of the world Land belongs to the country and not nobody grand father
