This is a typical example of the saying that 'all that glitters is not gold'. Hunger wan kill us,those buildings are meant for the top shots of 15% of the population  but how about 85% of Nigerian

No, Abuja is not the most Developed or Expensive  or most constructed city in Africa,
There  is Sandton close to Johannesburg  in South Africa, 2nd Cape Town in South Africa, and Luanda in Angola.

No, It's not Abuja, Check google images on Sandton in South Africa, Johannesburg in South Africa, Cape Town in South Africa, Durban in South Africa, Port Elizabeth in South Africa, Luanda in Angola, Nairobi in Kenya.
These above cities are far more developed and constructed more than Abuja, I have been to Abuja, it's just a small city still undergoing construction, Abuja can't compare nothing to the South African modern Cities or the City of Algiers in Algeria.
West African Cities: Abuja, Lagos (Nigeria), Abidjan (Ivory Coast), Accra (Ghana), Yaounde (Cameroon),still have a long way to go.
I am tourist, I have visited all these African cities, believe me.
