can be manage the hazard of free movement, what if a cow commits a crime and feels like going for a nice trip, the cow will have a vast continent to play hide and seek.  And what a coincidnce its at a time of brexit,  you see, they tried the free movement way, and Britain cant handle he hazard, unless we want to rush without any consideration, maybe other countries shoud try, then we see, if the benefits is more than the cow trip.
