Should men consider good character or beauty in the choice of marriage partner?

I realise that some men are so concern and captivated by beauty much more than good character. I know that this is one of the reason why there are so many divorce this days. Any day the beauty fades, that day trouble starts in the home.

Don't you think that will be like a dent on you. I mean when you want to approach another beautiful lady and you have to start telling story, possibly the first one have one issue before you send her packing, ther is no way you hide it.

Take for instance you really find that beautiful woman that stole your heart and after marriage you realise that she is impossible to live with. What will you do.

It's good when you are fortunate to find the two together but what i actually want to know is that would you base your judgement totally on beauty?

ok, i dont even know what to say to this but i want say something...In choosing a marriage partner, i think good character is more important because sometimes, like it was earlier said, beauty does fade or God forbid, something happens and that beauty is lost...what becomes of the the one who loses it....but a good character, i dont think a person can lose that because it's more intrinsic...I also think that you can find beauty in even the most ugliest things, you just have to look deeper...a person's good character can be the beauty about them...I understand that when we first meet a person, the first we notice is whether they are pretty/handsome or not, but shouldn't just end there...to me, the kind of person you are is what proves your beauty or not...you might be handsome/pretty but if you have an ugly character, that character will always overshadow the beauty...but then again, that's just me...
