The US govt. manufactured a machine to catch criminals. They tested it in the UK & in 30 mins, it caught 5 thieves, they tried it in Ghana, in 10 mins it caught 50 thieves. Finally, they brought it to Naija and within 3 mins....... The machine was stolen!
