19yrs Old Miss Rwanda To Rep.Country In Miss World Beauty Pageant For The First In History

Miss Rwanda 2016 Jolly Mutesi will be the first beauty queen to represent the country at the international beauty pageant.The 19-year-old beauty queen was crowned Miss Rwanda 2016 on February 27. She will participate in the 66th edition of Miss World scheduled for December 2016, in the United States. “This is an excellent platform to further improve the country's image outside the country because most people out there have absolutely no idea about the progress Rwanda has made in the recent years,” says Dieudonne Kagame Ishimwe, the CEO of Rwanda Inspiration Back Up Ltd, a local company that organised Miss Rwanda beauty pageant reports New Times Rwanda....
