THE Jos crisis which led to the death of about 400 people on Sunday, has led to the sacking of the National Security Adviser, Sarki Mukhtar, by the Acting President, Dr. Goodluck Jonathan.
To replace him is Aliyu Gusau, a one time National Security Adviser to former President, Olusegun Obasanjo. Meantime, about 400 corpses of the victims of Sunday’s massacre were, yesterday, given a mass burial at Dogon Na Hauwa village in Jos South Local Government Area of Plateau State amid tears and wailings.
This emerged as, former Head of State, General Yakubu Gowon, said there was no alternative to dialogue in resolution of conflicts. He spoke at a peace conference on the recurring crisis in Jos.

That is very good ,Jonathan had just did a very good job ,sacking the National Security Adviser was rigth. what is the man pay for ? where was him ,when the crisis was going on? in a hotel may be? running after women which is what they know how to do best. Not the job they are paid for . .

rapture is about to take place in jos and it willtear the whole middlebelt down...if u have luv ones in jos pls advice them to relocate asap,it is going to be a no going out no coming in situation.be warned this is real.

Sounds like a good starting point but more still need to be done . this killing bizness is a big shame in the modern world . We are now getting so used to it like an everyday affair its barbaric
