 Sad Shocked it is shamfull thing to have ear this, i think parent should be blamed for giving birth to many off spring which they can not cater for, and later dump them into the street, i think gov nee to enlighting parent on number of children they will have.

Wat a story. So sympathetic. Dis is wat our leaders have plunged us into. Naija is a country overflowing with oil but d heartless leaders are impoverishing d masses.
