I wish I know which part of this country you came from. I would have shown to you that your leaders are the worst thieves. A clear example is: A primary school in Katsina state for example is better than polytechnic or college of education in your state, whichever state you come from in Nigeria. Find out. Then who is thief then. How much is Katsina state getting monthly from federal government, yet, its leaders are able to utilize that for the state development. Road network in most northern states is much better than in the south. What then are your leaders doing with the money? You are deaf and dumb.
