The Code of Conduct Tribunal (CBT) has discharged Senate President, Bukola Saraki, saying there is no case by the prosecution against him.
The Tribunal said the evidence not substantial to continue with the case.

i believe there's no money pumping in for the CCB/CCT officials from APC.

So the case is automatically closed.
