If a small boy of just 17 can decide to rape a girl of 4, this really shows that our society is no longer safe from the hand of these guys of the underworld. Yes if not how would you call this - a boy trying to rape someone old enough to be his kid sister if not his daughter. I think parents have to pay more attention to the discipline of their children because the guy may have done this as a result of the influence of the environment he might have been exposed to.
Still, justice has to be done as he was the one that committed the offense and not the devil 'cos the devil can only tempt but cannot make you commit sin.
