Hmm, Can Someone Explain Why All Davido's Cars Have Official Police Plate Numbers?

Can someone please offer a tangible explanation on why it is possible for Davido, who is considered a civilian, to use a Police Official Car plate numbers. Is that how it is done generally for any one who can afford to buy that? Or he is under some sort of protection by the police.

With money police is ur frnd, that being obvious, you can buy uniform, gun, plate number, siren, crime, etc.

actually the police spy plate number like it shows here are plates issued to private individuals or company who are licenced security consultants or private security companies
it is really not a big deal even as most people the likes of David thinks it is effizzy
anybody can actually get one if so interested the process is flexible
