Little Girl Brutalized & Seriously Wounded With Hot Iron & Razor For ‘Licking Tea’ In Lagos (Photos)

A little girl has been left wounded after being maltreated by her guardian in Lagos. According to the Domestic and segxwal Violence Response Team DSTV the girl was punished with hot iron and razor blade for licking tea. The authorities have reportedly been notified of this.
