England’s all-time top goalscorer Wayne Rooney has begun his 100-hour punishment for drinking while driving and he’ll not drive for the next 2 years. In the United Kingdom, no one is above the law and that makes the UK, one of the best countries in the world. Comparing this circumstance with Nigeria, Nigerians would have paid some Naira for drink driving and even bag a Chieftaincy Title and case closed!

If it were in Nigeria he wouldn't have been arrested in the first place.The police that suppose to arrest him would have chanted his name and ask him to find them something.
