So my take on this is simply a propaganda by IPOB. Period.
The Nigerian military has confirmed that people shouldn't panic as they are only carrying out their social military responsibility. I would advise you to volunteer yourself for vaccination then you will confirm if it is IPOB propaganda or not. If you will still be alive to confirm.
