Ladies, Can You Rock This NYSC Uniform? (Three Quarter Length Dungarees & Bow Tie)

Of all the changes being made by corp members to their NYSC uniform, this one certainly takes the cake.

This corp member, allegedly serving in Rivers state, used her NYSC khaki to make a pair of three-quarter length dungarees and a bow tie.
