Airport workers have expressed appreciation after Davido paid for their colleague’s surgery.
Davido showed his philantropic side when he recently funded the expenses of an aiport medical bills running into millions.
Davido footed the surgery bill of a lady who works at the airport. The bill is believed to be about N15 million heavy.
The colleagues of the lady decided to show appreciation to the singer by carrying placards with inscriptions of his name and statements of his benevolent action.
Davido recorded the scene where all of that was going on and decided to share it on his Insta story.
This is not the first time he’s helping people randomly.
Do you remember Utibe? The boy who was captured on camera singing Davido’s hit song “IF” despite being out of school. After the video caught Davido’s attention, he promised he would take care of him for life.
Davido later announced that he’s building a house for Utibe and his mother.
He shared the photos below and wrote: “Utibe loving the new house I’m having being built for him and his mother!! Can’t wait to visit when I’m back home!! OBO GOT U FOR LIFE!!!”
