She’s not likely to have the whole money in her account, or pay up the whole money for the purchase. Here in US, they use equity mortgage system in which the bank loans the money to finance the purchase of the house. She’ Expected to go into mortgage with the bank and remits an agreed monthly repayment of the loan until the entire loan is paid out. It could be up to 15 or 20yrs before payment can be completed.
