Stepping out in a stylish floor-length blue coat, the 5foot7 model, 22, looked like she was ready for whatever the night had to offer.
Hailey poked a denim-clad leg from the bottom of her outerwear as she strode her way to a dark SUV in clear stilettos with chained ankle straps.
Chunky geometric earrings rounded out her look along with slickly parted hair and a touch of copper around her eyes.
Mrs. Bieber's kept her emotions well hidden, putting on her best poker face during her brief appearance while en route to an event celebrating friend Kelia Termini's collaboration with female-focused surf brand Roxy.
Hailey seemed more relaxed while sharing some behind-the-scenes social media from the makeup chair earlier in the day.
While her makeup artist worked their magic, the Arizona-born model showed off her high cheekbones as well as the impressive diamond 'Bieber' necklace around her throat.
She had yet to slip into her outfit and instead donned a white robe over a cute, cheetah print camisole.
Her night on the town was probably a welcome distraction from the personal woes in her life.
Hailey has been steadfast in her support for husband Justin Bieber, who has been struggling with depression and anxiety for the past several month.
Meanwhile, the singer and model, who legally married in a New York courthouse in September, have postponed their wedding for a fourth time.
And this time they have put their plans for a lavish wedding ceremony with friends and family on hold 'indefinitely'.
A source told People: 'They will still have a wedding eventually, but this is not their focus right now.
'They haven't sent out any new save the dates. They will wait until Justin feels better and is excited about planning their wedding again.'
The reports come after Justin recently and bravely admitted that he has been 'struggling a lot' in a candid Instagram post.
Sharing a black and white throwback picture of himself, he penned: 'Just wanted to keep you guys updated a little bit hopefully what I'm going through will resonate with you guys.
'Been struggling a lot. Just feeling super disconnected and weird.. I always bounce back so I'm not worried just wanted to reach out and ask for your guys to pray for me.
'God is faithful and ur prayers really work thanks .. the most human season I've ever been in facing my stuff head on..'
Justin is now seeking treatment for depression, and though he is allegedly struggling personally, his wife is not the source of his problems.
'It has nothing to do with Hailey — he is very happy being married to her. It's just something else that he struggles with mentally,' a source told People. 'He has good help around him and is receiving some treatment. He seems confident he will feel better soon.'
Hailey has also been supportive of his treatment: 'She's been so supportive of him throughout this process,' a source told UsWeekly.
