Yeah we've all seen this little fat cherub on ABC news puffin and passing like it's a leisure art for him.  I think his parents found it appealing and possibly a way to make a profit given their standards of living.  It was pulled from YOUTUBE and somehow made it to the newsroom.  It's kinda like the stories you hear and see of children born with excess limbs and are viewed as a Supreme Deity in their respective lands.
