dis generation no child abuse ooh,cos is d child  abusing herself.U see or hear a girl of 12yrs wanting 2 hv a boy friend or a baby so who is abusing who d girl's parent or d guy................

I understand what you driving at, but trust me the law prohibits that, 17years old girl is still a minor.
