The manufacturer of Sniper or the seller should share some responsibilities for the deaths caused by their product. One way to take responsibility is to either dilute the product to the point where it is no longer harmful to human yet potent enough to exterminate rodents. Legislature should be floated and passed to this effect if we truly value the live of those struggling with mental disorders. It is easy to discredit them as "sick" but wait until similar product is weaponized (at wedding parties, water tank, and road side food), then we will all appreciate the importance of reducing the risk now. Thank you.
