A woman who was reportedly suicidal has been rescued after she jumped into a river in a community in Kogi state. Photos have emerged showing how a suicidal woman was rescued from a river.
The sad incident happened on Monday evening. The exact town in which the incident happened is not clear, but reports have shown it happened in Kogi state.
According to reports, the unidentified lady alighted from a commercial tricycle on a bridge, left her luggage behind and jumped into the river.
Fortunately, someone quickly jumped in and rescued her. It's not clear if the rescuer was the Keke driver or a diver.
