i'll like to inform you this by boldly saying: "No stipulated age for marriage in Islam, get married as soon as you are matured and capable to bear the responsibilities as a man or a woman".
ARE YOU SAYING THAT A 13 YEAR OLD GIRL IS MATURED ENOUGH AND CAPABLE TO BEAR THE RESPONSIBILITIES AS A WOMAN?  A 13 YEAR OLD GIRL IS NOT EVEN CONSIDERED A WOMAN BUT STILL A CHILD.
