She should be ashamed of herself for not being able to solve her financial challenge to the extent of not having 250naira haba na!  This type ends up as olosho no two ways, any woman who solely depend on men giving them and no little source o income what else is she gonna end up? bullshit her and move on, she doesnt even worth it self she's a total liability and who wants that?
