Team News
Bayern Munchen
After a rather unlucky result against RB Leipzig, Bayern will aim to get back to winning ways when they host FK Crvena Zvezda at Allianz Arena on Wednesday. This two sides will meet in the competitive game after a long time as their last encounter was way back in the 2007/08 UEFA Cup.

FC Bayern’s start to the 2019/20 Bundesliga season has not been promising. The German champions have dropped four points in their first four league clashes.

Nonetheless, Die Roten will hope to clinch three points against Red Star. This comes with some backing as Bayern have won all of their opening Champions League fixture for the last 15 years, having missed the competition in 2007/08.
Leon Goretzka remains sidelined due to his thigh injury. The German midfielder underwent surgery last week. The Bavarians also suffered a massive injury blow last week as David Alaba also suffered from a thigh injury. The Austrian will reportedly be out for several weeks due to a torn muscle in his left thigh. Apart from these two players, Niko Kovac will have all the players available for this game.

Subs: Sven Ulreich, Jerome Boateng, Javi Martinez, Michael Cuisance, Alphonso Davies, Kingsley Coman, Thomas Muller

On the other hand, the reigning Serbian champions will wish to continue their sensational form on Wednesday. Red Star have won all their six league fixtures this season so far. Their only defeat in a competitive game this season came at the hands of HJK Helsinki during the second leg of Qualifying Second Round in the Champions League.
Vladan Milojevic is expected to continue using his attacking structure of 4-2-3-1 for this match.
