lool, so PH is still xperiencing rain? when i came to PH in easter, d rain wouldn`t allow me flex, but PH will be better than this place bcos here d more it rains, d more it floods

Sorry............... Mr Governor is really trying. I pray he goes back for the 2nd tenure. He is gradually turning PH into the garden city it use to be.
