Governor Godwin Obaseki who slept off while President Muhammadu Buhari was delivering his speech at the United Nation’s conference in New York has been spotted sleeping again in another official duty.

IT IS VERY OBVIOUS THAT HE WAS NOT SLEEPING. HE WAS BUSY CHECKING SOMETHING IMPORTANT ON HIS PHONE. EVEN, THE WAY THE PHONE IS HELP IS AN INDICATION HE WAS NOT SLEEPING. BY HIS LEFT AND RIGHT, THOSE TWO PARTICIPANTS DID THE SAME BUSY WITH THEIR PHONE.
