Your Opinion - When Will Nigeria Get Better?

IT IS TRUE THAT, THE FIRST COUP D'ETAT OF 1966 REALLY SET US BACK. HOWEVER, IF NOT FOR THE INVOLVEMENT OF THE MILITARY IN POLITICS, NIGERIA WOULD HAVE BEEN A VERY GOOD COUNTRY, WELL PLANNED, WELL ORGANISED, PEACEFUL, AND A CORRUPT FREE SOCIETY. THE MILITARY BASICALLY DESTROYED NIGERIA, ESPECIALLY THE BABANGIDA/ABACHA GOVERNMENTS. THEY LEGALIZED CORRUPTION AND INDISCIPLINE IN NIGERIA. A GOOD NUMBER OF THEM ARE STILL IN POLITICS TODAY AFTER RETIRING FROM THE MILITARY. 45% OF THE NIGERIAN SO CALLED SENATORS AND POLITICIANS ARE RETIRED MILITARY OFFICERS. INSTEAD OF PROTECTING THE NIGERIAN BORDERS, AIR, LAND AND SEA WHICH IS THEIR ORIGINAL RESPONSIBILITY, THEY ARE ALL INTO POLITICS DESTROYING THE COUNTRY FURTHER. HOW CAN NIGERIA GET BETTER IN THAT CIRCUMSTANCE?

Nigeria will only get better if we abide by the principle of The Japanese govt...... make everyone a Millionaire..... 70% of the average Japanese is a Millionaire.... and they target to make every citizen in Japan a Millionaire.... if Nigeria can be like that...No one will ever complain about anything.... Govt should take it up as a Duty to make everyone a Millionaire....While some can be Billionaires or trillionaires if they chose to....But an Average Nigerian should be a Millionaire in Naira.... Then and only Then will Nigeria be Better....I rest my case
